Any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed without refund of any balance.
To be eligible to register for and use a pkk365 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani passport, or any government-issued photographic identification that confirms identity and date of birth. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe stipulated by pkk365 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Pakistani players must hold a valid and active CNIC to complete identity verification. International players accessing pkk365 must provide equivalent government-issued identification valid in their country of residence.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pkk365 account only. Registering multiple accounts for the same natural person, whether using different mobile numbers, different names, different email addresses, or through any other method of circumvention, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be forfeited without appeal. Bonus winnings generated through duplicate accounts are void in all circumstances.
You warrant that all information provided to pkk365 during registration and subsequently — including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number, residential address, and payment account details — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pkk365 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkk365 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pkk365 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your pkk365 account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pkk365 customer support immediately via the contact information set out in Section 14.
pkk365 accounts operated by Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wager values, and winnings are denominated in PKR. pkk365 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions.
pkk365 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and direct bank transfers via major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, and Allied Bank. pkk365 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Anti-Money Laundering: pkk365 is committed to preventing financial crime. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or account suspension.
All bets placed on the pkk365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, event, or game in question. For sports betting — including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, kabaddi, and football — the relevant event rules and settlement criteria are displayed at the time of bet placement. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing a wager.
pkk365 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the bet is placed after the advertised deadline; (b) the odds displayed at the time of placement were subject to a manifest error; (c) the Company has reason to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of inside information; or (d) the player has reached any applicable wagering limit.
In the event that a wager is accepted at odds that were published in error — whether due to a typographical mistake, a technical fault, or a pricing error — pkk365 reserves the right to void that wager and return the stake to the player's account. The Company is not liable for any consequential losses arising from manifest errors in displayed odds or game mechanics.
All casino and RNG game titles available on the pkk365 Platform are sourced from certified third-party studios. Random number generation for all applicable games is independently certified by approved testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game category are published and accessible within the Platform. pkk365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified — on eligible games before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be processed.
pkk365 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets designed specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting technical errors or unintended bonus triggers; and collusion with other players for the purpose of bonus exploitation. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings will be voided without recourse.

Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Platform constitutes a transfer, licence, or grant of any intellectual property rights to you.

Any unauthorised use of pkk365 intellectual property constitutes infringement and pkk365 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
The pkk365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate information, pkk365 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkk365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services.
pkk365 accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from: (a) your reliance on any information published on the Platform; (b) technical failures of the Platform beyond our reasonable control; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or (d) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banks.
Gambling involves financial risk. pkk365 encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. The Company is not responsible for player losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You may close your pkk365 account at any time by contacting customer support as set out in Section 14. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account, subject to KYC verification being complete. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of sportsbook stakes that have been accepted and confirmed.
pkk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete or maintain KYC verification; regulatory requirement; or at the Company's absolute discretion. In cases of closure due to a proven breach, pkk365 reserves the right to void outstanding wagers and forfeit account balances.
In the event of any dispute relating to a bet settlement, account balance, bonus outcome, or any other matter arising from your use of the pkk365 Platform, you must first submit a formal complaint in writing to pkk365 customer support, providing full details of the dispute including the relevant transaction IDs, dates, and amounts. pkk365 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. Where disputes cannot be resolved through internal mechanisms, they may be referred to an independent arbitration body designated by pkk365. The decision of such arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.
pkk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkk365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number held on file, and the updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the pkk365 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
